The MAPLEWOOD MOTEL is a family-run Motel, centrally located in Port Elgin, Ontario, Canada.

We have 15 rooms in total, the selection is as follows:

• 2 bedrooms with kitchen, 3-piece bath with shower, ideal for families
• 1 room with queen bed, kitchen area, 3-piece bath, ideal for couples, seniors, etc.
• 2 double beds, 4-piece bath, no kitchen

All of our kitchens are well equipped and, whether you want to make a meal or just a picnic, everything you need is there. We have a microwave in every unit as well coffee machines.

There is a lovely back yard where you can sit out on our picnic tables and is ideal for summer barbeques (Barbeques are not supplied). Or you can sit at the front of the motel and enjoy our famous sunsets. Everything is within walking distance - shops, restaurants and our beautiful beach is only a short 5 minute drive away.

All of our rooms have Internet access which is completely free of charge.

There are many activities close by:

• golf courses
• walking/bicycle trails
• snowmobile trails
• cross-country trails
• bird watching

We cater to families, seniors and people just wanting to get away for a relaxing break. We have a high standard of cleanliness and our staff are friendly and always willing to help.

Our check-in time is between 1 p.m. and 9 p.m. Our check-out time is 11am. Reservations by phone may be made between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Unfortunately we do not accept pets. However, there are boarding kennels nearby which we would be more that willing to supply you with contact telephone numbers for you to get in touch with personally.
